Does anyone have an idea of what gender this bird may be?

This is Kettle, our 5 week old Whiting True Blue. We ordered him/her as a sexed female chick, but are starting to worry about the gender as roosters are not legal where we are.
Hopefully someone might have an idea of Kettle's gender. Here is a face and tail picture, sorry if its too early to tell:

I am leaning towards cockerel, especially because of the tail, but it is still a little early.

WTBs tend to have large tails so this could easily be a pullet. Along with that, the feet are very thin and the feathers around the neck seem to be patterning like a pullet, i think it’s a girl.

I think it is a pullet! The comb, wattles and neck feathers are pullet-like!
