I have done several hatchings and put this hens eggs in every hatching all her eggs have failed to hatch and be infertile. My latest hatch right now is going great I was about to give up on hatching her eggs because none would hatch. But this hatching I had three Hatch My camera is not working currently but here is a picture off of google that looks just like them but since I have my one rooster and he is a Maran one has feathered feet and the other two don't but the two that are cleaned legged have a white dot on there head and the one has no white on its head. To me, they almost look like lavender chicks. Fingers crossed. But I hope the two with the dots on their head are not roosters, this is a picture of the Mother and Father and the chicks?

Mother - a ameraunca or easter egger - got from Estes hatchery
Father - a half Cuckoo maran and half black copper maran - the rooster's parents were from Cackle
Now I was wondering what the hens' parents could have been? Any Guess
Here are the pics Sorry dont have a pic for my roosters or chicks

The chicks aren't lavender and showing a pic of some chicks that look like yours really doesn't help.
To be lavender a chick has to get the gene from both parents and those marans do not have lavender in their bloodlines. Nor do I imagine the hen does either.
Yes the lavender gene can be carried sight unseen. If a bird only has one copy it will not show. If a bird has one or two copies it can go unseen or showing but not knowing it depending on the color/pattern of the bird.
The head spots mean nothing as a sex indicator. Your rooster has one copy of barring and one copy of non barring so he will pass barring to half his offspring and non barring to half his offspring regardless of their sex.
Curious if your hen lays blue eggs?
I've had many of Estes Americana or what ever they call them and every one I've had laid blue eggs. I find it pretty rare for an EE to lay blue eggs. Most lay green. IMO Estes are poorly bred color crossed whatever you want to call them but pure for the blue egg genes. Just curious to find what egg colors others have gotten.

Yeah I not a fan of Estes either I got them 7 years ago she was 1 of 8 they were all suppose to be pullets but got 1 male and 7 females but anyways all of my females lay a olive greenish colored eggs a couple even layed pinkish colored. I have been wanted them to lay blue eggs but just also have bad luck and get green layers. Do you know what her parents could be by any chance

She's an Easter egger, so was most likely bred by crossing EE to EE.
