I have a neighbor as evil as yours. It is poetic justice that he hates rooster crows and every neighbor around him now has roosters. I moved mine right beside the border. I would get Kosova longcrowers if it were easy to import some eggs.

Melgsix, first off any evidence he has is inadmissable since it was gotten illegaly. Next time the cops or whoever call or visit, I would ask them why they are bothering you over someone illegaly tresspassing on your property. They should ask him how he attained his info. Then I would say that YOU want to press charges against him for tresspassing.

If he tresspasses when you are not home, pick a day, then carry some big boxes into your shed, before you put them in your shed, open them and place a plate of water in the boxes, and talk to the water for a few minutes,and make sure that you're making him really nosy, then you guys need to pretend to leave for the day but really be home and get those pics. And I wouldn't be quiet about it, you should jump out the door and snap as many pics as you can while he is running, and you should then blackmail him with the pics and tell him you'll be sueing for tresspassing.

And, carry ladders and shovels past his car (oops!) or sit on the hood and chat on your phone.

And you can also get a restraining order for him harrassing you.

My Favorite is that his tires could mysteriously lose air every now and then

I always have problems with my nieghbors....don't know why--but just don't get all up in my business or I don't make a good nieghbor. Leave me alone and I'll love you. Just me. Good nice tall fences is always a great thing. I use to have a nieghbor that would play his music outside very loud and the problem was my sons nursery was at the corner of the house closest to his back yard. I called the cops a few times and they never did anything about it and they even told me they could have it up to a certain decible and I can't doing anything about it. Some ppl are just plain mean cause they can be and overreact about everything, I wish you Good luck--I feel for you!!!

My experience with these type of people is that THEY DON'T HAVE A LIFE and try to create one, regardless of the means. They have a desire to feel important or in control!!

I had a neighbor complain about my umbrella clothesline in the previous place I lived. At that time my days off where Monday and Tuesday and only used it then and when I was done I removed it and placed it back in the garage so no one had to look at a horrible clothesline on the weekend, but I had to look at those nasty trampolines on both sides of me. She always called the HOA on me. I couldn't have cared less. They alway sent me nasty letters etc. etc. etc. I knew they would have had to hire an attorney to really do anything about and I knew they wouldn't spend the money. There was nothing in the HOA that allowed them to fine me.
Eventually they got tired of the fight.
