How close to you house is the property line? You could take pictures of his car on YOUR property and get him for trespassing.

just like to say that your neighbor sounds like a coward. Talking nice to your face then turning around and filing complaints .
He probably hates confrontation so that's what I would do. Go knock on his door and ask him what his #$@%ing problem is.

wow.... YUP the reason i wont live anywhere with "close" neighbors.. they have to live at LEAST 5 acers away..besides the crazy guy across the street, right now my closest neighbors live 40 acers away.. it is so nice

i would get a BIG fence with hotwire and/or barb/razer wire on top..
buy or rent that decible meter.. so you can go to court with PROOF of noise levels at different distances..
and take down NOTES of ALL the time you KNOW he has called..
and if at all possible GET PICTURES!!!!

I hear if it is left on you property for more than 30 days it is considered abandoned and you can do what ever you want to it. I would donate it to charity, you know one of those ones that come by and pick the car up for you. See what he thinks about that.
