Dog birthday party!

Thanks! When on walks we like to use the harnesses, because they like to pull (They're not the best trained, but we love them) and then they start wheezing. (It might have something to do with their breed, I'm not entirely sure)
Yes collars can hurt their trachea and their neck bones. Harnesses are much safer to use. If they are pullers, attach the leash in front on the harness instead of on the back, so if they pull hard, it turns them off course. Eventually they will quit pulling. My Toby liked to lunge full out forward out of nowhere, drove me nuts, hooking the leash in front cured this. :D

Oh, cool! Thanks for the tip!

Making a list, so far I have:

Tennis balls (they've never been interested, but I think putting them on a muffin tin would be more exciting... while we're at it, any tips for teaching them catch? They're never even that interested in the ball)

Treats and biscuits

Birthday present

Bandanas (party favor/dress code)

Hmmmm What else? We already have pee pads, we use them in their crate under the cover because sometimes they leak:oops:

Sounds like you are ready!

Maybe we'll hide treats around a room and see who can find the most...
(Lots of treats, I know... Oliver likes three things-food, food, and running, though not agility)

Excited! Just ordered their harness/bow/collar/leash set! We ended up getting the light blue for Finley, and the dark grey for Oliver.
