dog house chicken coop???

wanting to make a chicken coop about the size of a dog house with a large run ?? anyone done this befor. and i would like to know what is the best insulation for the coop because we have cold winters here in ontario, canada ?? any ideas or pictures

There are commercial coops along these lines. Google "Egloo" and look at pictures. Usually, the only problem with converting dog houses (besides size) is ventilation. You will want to open them up, even in Ontario.
