Yup! Only in a dream. I've actually never really thought about getting a pointer. The only pointer I like is the English pointer. She was am English pointer

We were actually going to get a pointer before we got Denver guess im luvky we didnt they are way to high energy for me right now

Yeah i could imagine! Tucker is probably about as energetic as a pointer but i have ways of tiring him out quick

Pinky (bottom): amstaff- lab mix rescue from TN 9 years old. Fell in love with her immediately. She came to us in a moose sweater. Lulu (top): american bulldog, deaf, rescue from MA. 3 years old but still very puppy- like. Pain in my butt. Took her because the owner didn't want her when he learned she's deaf. And she has a heart nose.

I do hate social media!

Doodles requiring more health tests makes them unhealthier not healthier then other breeds

inbreeding is far more complicated then most people realise! Outcrossing if the breed has a higher coi then 10% is a really bad idea

Quick update on the mutt pups my sister found:

4 have found forever homes (all within our church, so that's fun). One of those for my sister and her husband decided to keep. Nobody saw that coming... The one that is left is going to a foster home Tuesday. My sister was getting too stressed out by the whole thing, so she contacted the foster place I've worked with in the past and they took the last little pup. This place is great and I have no doubt she'll find a good home soon.
