Her only symptom that I can see so far is watery eyes. She's had relatively clean eyes her whole life until a few months ago when I noticed tear staining which is very unusual for her. I'm glad I mentioned it to the vet.

Hopefully the drops help. That can get pretty painful from my understanding if left untreated.

Went to the vet today for an annual exam and Dorie was diagnosed with glaucoma. It's in one eye now but we will be treating both her eyes with eye drops to slow the progression. She's not a young dog anymore...

Took both pups on a walk.
I was really happy with Tuckers, first a suprise alert. I listened and sat down. Then about 5 minutes later we continued our walk and came across another golden and a person running at the same time, in which Tucker didnt even bark, i was beyond happy. The people/dog were unavoidable. And i prepared for a reaction lightly holding the leash. But he looked at them then at me i said yes treated and we continued. then walked and threw a few treats in the grass as a cool down just as the runner was coming back.

Then Denver had a offleash dog with no owners around try to approach i continued walking she focused for the most part and the dog went on back.

I ordered a new safety vest that hopefully will actually fit me LOL my current one I can barely get on let alone over jackets etc. lmaoooo I actually CANT get it on over some of the jackets so yeah. I’m hoping this new one will be better LOL it even has tons of pockets!!!!!!!!!!!! Perfect for working with dogs LOL well, DOG. Just Brew. But still LOL so yeah.

It fits!!!!! And fits over my jacket!!!!! A little snug zipping over the jacket but it DOES zip and besides, it doesn’t HAVE to be zipped LOL without the jacket, it zips fine LOL

There was a sale at the farm store today, so guess who got a bunch of new stuff!
A matching collar, leash, and harness set for when he is bigger, a single blade shedding comb, a dandy brush, styptic powder, new treats, and a proper slow feeder bowl! He choked the other day trying to inhale his food and it scared me so badly. :'( But he took like 15 minutes to eat his dinner with the new bowl, which is absolutely awesome!

Awesome! I know how scary it is when your dog chokes on their food. My Boston was free fed before I adopted her and she started inhaling her food when I switched her to multiple meals a day. Makes me so glad slow feeder bowls exist!
