Dont disagree Elderroo but I wont handle it that way if presented with immediate danger to animals.

Like I said, it is still generally acceptable. In the case of imminent threat, do what you must.

The nice thing about having a document trail is you are untouchable. Lawsuits being what they are, that is something to consider. Especially if you are one to stand on being 'morally right' as your defense... never a sure thing in court, when plaintiff can afford a better lawyer than you.

Regardless, you have options. Do what you will.​
