Would you slice thru the liver, attempting to bisect one of the white spots, so we can see it in cross section within the liver??? Maybe try and cross one of the much darker sections, too??

I have no expierence with lymphoid leukosis and am just doing internet research.

Offering up as a suggestion because there don't seem to be lesions or abnormalities anywhere else other than the liver.
