And yet, listen to the speeches given at Tea Parties that call for violence to members of congress, fearmongering about "death camps" and loss of rights. This is not a noble cause, this is deliberately misleading people and "pot stirring."

The constitution, and associated amendments, is not cut and dried, nor is it easy to read.

I don't think it will replace old Glory. The american flag is a large symbol for our struggles, our victories, our hardships and our faith in this county. I know it's been a rough number of years but why should we let that tear down what so many people died for? All of these ignorant people threatening to kill the president, throwing around empty threats and stupid crap, they are rubbing the soldiers face in the ground. They need to do things civily. I think the american flag needs to fly a little higher and be more popular, not replaced.
