Double Wattle

Does a double wattle growing on our 6 week old chick mean male? We've been trying to figure out the breed on this little one for a while as it's so different from all our others but now has this double waddle growing.. I'll have to try and get a pic sometime but this one's also getting sort of aggressive.

Sorry, it may help if I spelled it right lol.. yes, sort of an extra set.. now looking at some pics of grown up chickens I see that some sort of have this smaller looking ones too the side. Maybe that's what it is?

We need a picture. BUT if they are bigger than everyone else's of an age, and red, its probably safe to guess a roo.
