I'm not saying don't order, maybe those people didn't do it right? But it's like all egg orders either it's good or it's bad.

I would buy his chicks rather then his eggs. There's been a few post in these forums saying his hatch rate is kinda low on eggs. People say out of 10 eggs only 3-4 will hatch.. I can't say, never bought his eggs but that's what few people said.
Maybe you can find someone to share with? Or let them grow alittle then sell them on craigslist.Hmmmm not liking the sound of that. He does sell chicks...but I have to order 25 and they are $7.00 each. And most of them I will not get to keep. Unless I get the new coop built I only have room for 5-6 more hens on the roost. I may need to wait a few years and get my coop built...hatch out some eggs from my Wyandotte hens and Araucana rooster and get some experience hatching eggs before I put in the investment on shipped eggs. Thank You for all the advice. I appreciate it.
for hatching shipped eggs, IMO anything over 20% hatch rate is good... so if you got 4/12 that's 33% and doing well.It will be my first time hatching eggs. So I was not expecting to get all of them to hatch. But only 3 or 4 out of a dozen eggs for $55.00 would be difficult to be happy with. I may give it a shot anyway and just see what happens. Maybe I should hatch out a few eggs from my Araucana Roo and Wyandotte Hens first to make sure my homemade bator will do the job. Then order expensive breeder eggs....Hmmmm got some thinking to do. Thanks for the input!
