i'm hoping the heart stays but i'm not expecting it to stay lol. they are tiny babies and i think are a bit smaller than my muscovies were when i got them guess time will tell on them
 
Hi everyone! We're really new to d'Uccles and have a somewhat embarrassing question.

My daughter has what we thought was a hen, but she just bought a few roosters and now we're wondering. Maybe "Rosebud" wasn't the best name?
What do you think?

We've never heard it crow! We weren't familiar with the breed and just thought both genders looked the same, but the females were smaller. LOL I've even thought it's been laying eggs, but apparently our Old English Game Bantam has been laying an egg a day. Impressive!

Oh boy. We have a lot to learn.

It's in with two other roosters, so maybe that's why we've never heard it crow. Although, my daughter says it does make the alert noises when birds fly over. It certainly doesn't act like a rooster and is as friendly as can be.
