I have been looking for mille fleur d'Uccles chicks and found someone advertising chicks for $6 each plus shipping is that a normal price? I am new so I wanted to make sure.

That is a decent price. I would pay it definitely not outrageous or anything. I would go for it

I found a Craigslist posting for a hen that is a self blue d'uccle crossed with a bearded d'uccle(I think they men a mille fleur) and was thinking of getting her to round out a trio. i have a mille fleur hen and what seems to be a blue mille fleur rooster. What do you guys think? Here is the listing I don't know if you can go and check out the pics. I would appreciate any help. I will be driving to Texas next weekend and thought if it was a good idea I would pick up the hen on the way back. The ad is on the Dallas Tx Craigslist

That person does not know what they are talking about. First sign is that All D'uccles are bearded. It may be a split but it just looks like a bad quality Mille Fleur... I saw the white D'uccle add also but I think there were only Roos available...

Hi, I got a few pics of my D'Uccles.....wondering if any can tell me what color these might be? My MF usually are much darker chicks and don't look quite the same as these.
I also have some real weird colored one that are older, that I bought.
If you will allow me to, I will post some pics of those also later They are not like any I have seen, probably some kind of mixed colors but they are pretty [to me] anyhow.

They look like little grizzly bears....except for gold wings LOL

Those are millies. They have crappy coloring when young. With the millies. you'll want to keep them at least 6 months to determine whether they are keepers or not. They look just fine.

Thank you for the reply....I was hoping they were MF, I plan to keep them awhile just to see what becomes of them.
I am going to post some pics of some of the others when I can and will be asking what colors they might be, if thats OK with everyone.
Can there just be some "crappy" colors that are just not even given a name??? Strange crosses?
Here is one of them....sort of yellow and black, forgive the awful wet feet, they play in the water.


Oh here is two more, pretty much the same color, one has real speckled breast and one is clear yellow/buff

One more bird...this is one I think is really pretty, I am hoping it is a true color and not just a messed up "crappy" odd ball.
Sorry not good pics, lighting is not very true, they are still in the house in my office.....nasty and not very happy either!!!
Oh, hoping this is a pullet, it is a sweetheart
