D'uccle Thread

Hi, I got a few pics of my D'Uccles.....wondering if any can tell me what color these might be? My MF usually are much darker chicks and don't look quite the same as these.
I also have some real weird colored one that are older, that I bought.
If you will allow me to, I will post some pics of those also later They are not like any I have seen, probably some kind of mixed colors but they are pretty [to me] anyhow.

One more bird...this is one I think is really pretty, I am hoping it is a true color and not just a messed up "crappy" odd ball. Sorry not good pics, lighting is not very true, they are still in the house in my office.....nasty and not very happy either!!! Oh, hoping this is a pullet, it is a sweetheart Thanks so much for your help, I love these little birds for so many reasons, I also have Calico and MF Cochin banties, so colors are fascinating to me.

I am no help on the color, but my roos got red combs at 3 weeks! So hopefully you will know soon. very pretty

A lot of ou snow melted today and some yesterday, but there is still some to go. I think you asking to much for spring to come in april! lol

SonRise - in Vermont

I have my flock (mixed with 3 millie duccle and reg sized birds) out in a large 3 panel hoop coop .... all winter long ... no heat - and they are doing really well - but it has been a long and cold winter - they loved the few days last week they had some free range time. The millie roos jump on my shoulder when they have had enough of the ground ... ha ha


It is very pretty - but at this time of year I have spring repairs from winter to do - not dink around wasting 2 days shoveling out. Blah.
