I am the the one with the silver mille, but this chick isn't hers. I bought the golden necks at a show from some people who also have some silver milles. They showed me pictures of some almost identical to mine. I suspect that the golden neck roo that I bought may have a silver mille parent. He's got a great deal of black in his tail. The thing that is different about this chick is that there's not a little black in the wings, but it has the black dot at the end of each feather. That black dotted mille pattern combined with the pale yellow/white base is unique to any of the other chicks I've hatched. I guess I'll know more when more of it's feathers develop. Then it's very likely her chick and yes, it would be a citroen! Congrats! Oh wait, just reread your post that it came from two GNs. Sometimes gold necks are that color because of a certain white gene that dilutes. This might be the case . Can't remember if it's dominant or recessive white.
