I have 10 wait no 18! :lau

My old ladys: 2 blue sweds and 1 Cayuga! My teenagers: 7 mixed bred runners (4 boy and 3 girls) and my 8 khaki campbell baby duckies that hatched last week! Here's a pic of few of my babies after they hatched!

My five Welsh Harlequin eggs are going into lockdown on Friday. I keep praying that everything goes okay as I started out with 24 eggs. Bunch of them were not fertile, several were bad from the get-go, and I had in-egg deaths with the rest. First time incubating eggs, and the thermostat on my brand-new incubator is way off. Only have a cheap secondary thermometer/hydrometer, so fingers and toes are crossed.

I hope they hatch! I love welshys!

Thanks! You may have breeders in your area and not know it. They don't lay as many eggs and are harder to hatch. So they don't come up on the market much. I see them very occasionally in my area. Also most sell them as adults.

There was a breeder at the livestock show I went to last weekend. Lots of people so I didn't get too much of a good look, but they had really nice colours!
