Duck Bumblefoot

My 1 year old Pekin male has bumblefoot. Please give me some way to help him! I saw you can bath him in warm water, use Epsom Salt, and then peel the scab? Is that the best way/only way? I want to heal him quickly! He only has it on the bottom of his pad, it’s just a giant black spot that’s swollen!
