My pekins laid an egg almost nonstop (they took a week off in march) every day from December to mid may. One egg every day for almost six months. In mid may they started their summer molt and have slacked off.

well just had a water fight with my ducks, brought out the old nerf super soakers, and sprayed the ducks off.

immature? maybe. fun? yes.

they really enjoyed it, they tried to eat the water streams like a dog does, they flapped in the water streams and then played in the mud that was left behind from all the water. they also wagged there tails (i think that means there happy, they do it every time i refill there water bowls.)

but overall it was a good day for them so far (its like 31C today)
