We have several eggs that are pipping. That started 24 hours ago. Only two eggs have a complete tiny through the membrane at the pipping spot. Humidity is at 75%. Is there anything else we can do/should do? Temp in incubator was just at 101. There is no way to control that on this incubator without opening it. I opened slightly and sprayed a bit of water. That released a couple degrees but also dropped 5% on the hygrometer. This is so STRESSFUL!! We have come so far , I want these ducklings to hatch.!
I just looked online at duck eggs hatching , and we have only the 'dent' on most eggs and two eggs have actual small piece of shell missing and a tiny hole... there is no crack or 'zip'.

ALL FOURTEEN eggs have hatched!!! Wow!!! The last one is quite weak and not moving much to kick out of his shell. He isn't 'unfolding' but there are still some ducklings in there with him. We have turned off all the lights in the room so they'll rest and I'm hoping that he absorbs more yolk and gains energy. I don't have a clue what we'll do with 14 more ducks but I'd hate to lose the very last one! The rest are all very lively and doing well. Thank you for your help !!!

UPDATE: Today is day 28, their 'hatch date' and they're all cozy and fuzzy in the brooder box.

100% hatch rate for our first attempt!!! (Actually, this is my son's pride and joy). The weak and last to hatch baby was just warmed under my shirt and I gave him a couple drops of Nutridrench water and he seems to be perking up a little!!

It can take up to 24 hours before it externally pips from the time it internally pips.

If it gets close to 24 hours and you're worried you can make a small safety hole in the top of the air cell so that it can still breathe.

I'm not sure how long it's been pipping I just learned how to tell. I candled my eggs and one was I don't have much movement in the others.
