Duck Eye Problem? Or Deformity?

My White Crested duck (drake, about a year old) seems he might have an eye problem?
I haven’t really noticed his eyes. I usually just see a duck, cuddle it, love it, take care of it. We got him when he was around 6 months old and for most of his life he lived down at a pond.
When temps got to 15 degrees I brought him in along with the other ducks. Today I saw his eye. It’s so small, about the size of a pin head. I’ve always know he had small eyes in general, but now I saw one eye is bigger then the other. It’s a pretty big difference. Is it a deformity?
Crested ducks are know for having health problems and such.
Do you think it’s just a deformity? Or something else? I looked at the other ducks eyes (including my Crested’s) and all there eyes are about normal size. Can you help?

what do you feed? do they have dunking water 24/7?

They have dunking water for the whole day and half of the night every day. So 18 out of 24 hours pretty much.
