Duck has a problem!

But an egg that needs to be laid is not in that part of the belly, it's up high in the pelvic girdle.

I will defer to you on this as I've only dealt with it in chickens and not my ducks. I believe with chickens if they are truly egg-bound and it is not another reproductive issue, the egg is usually quite near the exit. I will share the link anyway in case there is some useful info in there that could help.

So would you be able to feel it digitally if it's that far up? Seems like I could do damage to the vent? It was so small!
