So i have put sand in my duck house and it had really helped until it rained… it rained non stop here for 7 days and the water is stagnant in there coop now, i noticed that it didnt hurt it as bad when it just rained for a day the ground was able to soak up the water and it was fine but in the instance that happens again what have you all done if you have sand in your coop from keeping standing poopy water in it?

I just accept it and use a hose and water from the river where I live to get it away. I live in very wet circumstances. And As much as ducks like it, It's not always very hygienic...
