I can’t find a vet near me that will see ducks, any remedies suggested for possible infection? Her leg is very warm to the touch and she’s limping. No visible sores on her feet and her skin isn’t dry/cracked. I’m worried it could be sprain or infection.

I would also check her entire leg and foot for any green bruising, redness, or swelling, especially near her joints. Does she hold the leg up, or put weight on the leg? When one is limping, it may help to force her to rest the leg while inside a dog crate or pen with food and water. Make sure that she isn’t jumping up and down to a roost.
I don't know anything about ducks, but I thought this would be helpful to determine what it is. Can you take pictures of her legs? What breed is she? How is she currently doing? Is she active? Is she still drinking and eating? I'll try to investigate a bit, to see if I can find something helpful. I'm sorry, I wish I could do more. ❤️
