Hey there! I have two 5-6 week old pekin ducklings (I've lost track of the exact date I got them) and ever since they've reached this age one of them has started acting a little strange. She'll walk over and give me love nibbles like usual, let me scratch her chin and all that. But, from time to time she'll stand up on her toes and stretch her neck up my arm.
I'm aware that this can be a sign of dominance in ducks, but I'm not sure she's old enough to do this? She never acts aggressive or overly skittish (she's a pretty big scaredy cat) but if it is a sign of dominance should and how would I correct it without scaring her off from letting me show her affection?
