An epsom salt compress? He's not walking or moving around much, so it would be easy to bind something to the leg without bothering him too much.If you can get a compress on there instead, that would work too.

I'm not completely sure, but we searched and didn't find any. And that injury was definitely the one I saw the first night. It's the same spot, only it appeared like an abrasion. It looks like it is healing over, but the coloration of the leg there is wrong (his other leg is more orange/yellow there). I will check him again tonight to see if there are any other injuries higher up, but we didn't find anything last time we checked.Are you sure there aren't any hidden injuries?
