If you can get a compress on there instead, that would work too.

An epsom salt compress? He's not walking or moving around much, so it would be easy to bind something to the leg without bothering him too much.

Your going to to get that infection out of there somehow. Epsom salt compresss would be good can you get some antibiotics maybe @casportpony knows which would work best.

Yes, it might help bring down the swelling. Were you able to order the Baytril to combat infection?

I'm not completely sure, but we searched and didn't find any. And that injury was definitely the one I saw the first night. It's the same spot, only it appeared like an abrasion. It looks like it is healing over, but the coloration of the leg there is wrong (his other leg is more orange/yellow there). I will check him again tonight to see if there are any other injuries higher up, but we didn't find anything last time we checked.
