That's no fun at all. Maybe separate them and see whether she calms down, although if she is becoming broody she will get worse before she gets better.
A drake like that could be offered two choices: Be nice or be dinner.
She is only 6 months and did not start laying yet, I have tried separating but it only got worse, we are going to sell the drake and get a hen.

As my addition to this thread, I would like to introduce “ducks getting their flying license photos taken”.
 
Good morning! We had a hawk visitor this morning and I just knew my last little OEGB was gone I walked all over their property including out of it since she goes over the fence. Finally after an hour and giving up she appeared. She’s so tiny I have no idea where she was hiding I just know after losing her sister a couple weeks ago I am relieved she’s okay. Everyone was terrified.
