I'm glad you are going to see the vet.

Hard to tell what's going on there with the vent. She may have prolapsed and it went back in or the vent has been damaged during mating.
Is she able to poop?

You have cleaned her up really well. I know it's harder to get ointments sometimes in the UK. I would be tempted to dab a very light coat of vaseline or coconut oil on the vent to help keep it moist during transport.

Taken her to the vet who has given me some oral painkillers and something to bath the wound on her back with. They were not sure about her vent and said to just bathe it with salt water to keep it clean and hopefully it will heal up

I have found females can be meaner than males and it's usually hormones. Both Cherry Valleys female? I am glad you got her to the vet. Hopefully she'll heal fine, But when you get ready to introduce her back to the flock is going to be a process that you'll need to go slow with.

Maybe you can order off internet any thing needed for med kit?

Taken her to the vet who has given me some oral painkillers and something to bath the wound on her back with. They were not sure about her vent and said to just bathe it with salt water to keep it clean and hopefully it will heal up

You can try pet stores they may carry Vetericyn which is good for wounds, that can be used on the vent (and her back). If nothing else and it seems raw - a thin coat of vaseline (petrolium jelly) or coconut oil on the will help with healing and protect the skin.
It does seem to be a struggle finding first aid products in the UK. What would you (as a human) use on a cut or wound? Do you have something like Neosporin? Some have used Salvon, but it's got Lidocaine so I would be hesitant to use that much at all.
Betadine (I think it may be Iodine Spray in the UK) or Hibiscrub (Chlorhexidine) can be used to wash wounds - but sometimes a good washing/flushing with soap/water or salt water works just as good unless a wound is infected.

Got some chlorhex from the vet and and am using to wash her back
They advised just salty water for her vent though

Not sure as I have no experience but I thought it was possible. The vet didn't mention it though and thought it would heal by itself if I kept it clean - will try coconut oil!

She is much perkier, given her a bath and she has come to sit on my lap. She was quacking for me when I went downstairs this morning! I’m glad you don’t think she has a prolapsed vent - is it just damaged? She laid an egg over night...

And everything back there looks normal? I'd say she is doing just fine if she laid an egg.
You'd def know if there is a prolapse.
