I was out with my birds today and noticed one of my Indian runner hens sneezing. She sneezed about 15 times in a row. Is that normal? Thank you

Definitely not normal. Get a fecal test if you can to see if it's parasites. Or at least start her on some antibiotics.

One of my runner girls was sneezing for over a month and I throught nothing of it until one night she wouldn't stop and she ended in respiratory distress. Fast forward two months and many vet visits later. She had pneumonia and trichomoniasis. She was on several antibiotics that didn't make her well. After finally getting a culture/sensitivity test, we found out she had multi drug resistant e. Coli infection and she had to go on injectable Amikacin. After 24 days of daily injections she is near the end of this 28 day antibiotic cycle and is finally almost 100% well. We have had to treat her 3 times for trichomoniasis as well and that seems to be under control now.

All this to say take my experience as a cautionary tale and don't wait to get your girl care. 🙏

This is the first time I remember her sneezing besides when she’s dunking her head in the water bucket. Pancake is about 7 months old. so she is a month younger than my other runner. Pancake has never been as bright eyed as Cheddar (other runner). She looks tired most of the time.

I don’t take any of my birds to the vet, I try to do things naturally for them. Is there anything I can do myself?

If you have a vet for a dog or cat say, You can take a stool sample in, and most likely they will test for parasites. That way if she does have parasites they can treat her without you having to take her in.
I don’t have a dog or cat and I don’t have the money for a vet. This morning I am going to give all my ducks and chickens…. Brewers yeast, Cayenne pepper, thyme, oregano and turmeric in their food.
Was this a one time occurrence? Unless she starts repeatedly having bouts of sneezing, I'm a lot more inclined to say something was stuck in her nares or elsewhere and was irritating her.
As far as I know yesterday was the first time. I will keep an eye on her.

So, I just picked her up and her nose is packed with yellow/orange stuff

I got most of the stuff out and she is breathing better now, but taking it out caused her nose to bleed a little. I’m wondering if she has an infection in her nose. What do y’all think?
