Duck swallowing non stop and making weird squeaking noise.

I have a Cayuga that stands like that. Since she is 6 months old and has weakness in her legs I would start her on Liquid B Complex 1 ml over a tasty treat just for her. That way the weakness if niacin deficiency can be helped. You may want to order an antibiotic just in case and keep using the VetRX.
This is a good one to have on hand.
https://allbirdproducts.com/products/baytril-10. Keep it in the frig and the life of the antibiotic will be longer.
How's her appetite? the liquid B Complex can help with appetite too.

She doesn’t eat her normal food. If I give her peas she gets excited and tries to eat, but only eats a little. I don’t remember her standing like this before and we have 2 other Cayugas and they don’t stand like this. Even when she is in the water she stands like this. I just gave her a bath and rubbed her down the vet rx and she is currently just sitting in the water with her butt up.

She was having trouble walking last night which scared me. But then I went into town and got her this vetRX from our local feed store which says it’s for respiratory issues and when I went back home to give it to her she was trying to get away from me which is an improvement. I did give her some of the medicine in the evening and then by nighttime I went to give her some peas with some chick boost electrolyte water and she started “quacking”. It seems that she may be improving at some times but then others she seems like she is declining by the way she walks and uses her wings to keep her balanced up. But I don’t know if that is contributed to the fact that she isn’t eating as much which is why I am trying to give her the chick boost electrolytes in her water with the peas since the peas are high in sugar.
I just thought of this. Sometimes when they are having reproductive issues they struggle to breathe.
Have you checked to see if she's getting egg bound?
If i were you I would crate her for a day or so and see if she's laying, or struggling to lay eggs.

This is good to have on hand. But my concern is if it would happen to be fungal antibiotics would make it worse.
It's kind of a gamble to throw antibiotics at stuff when we don't know for sure what we are treating for.

Is there a way to check to see if she is getting egg bound? I felt her under belly and it was nice and soft. I was just thinking that maybe my drake was being rough with her but they aren’t matured yet. I know for sure 1 is a drake because he has the drake curl. The other one I suspect is a drake but the curl isn’t fully there yet. Earlier today they were all out and she was out of the run too and the 2 drakes were hovering over her and that’s when I separated her.

And she has been spending an extra amount of time in the nest they have created, but I just thought it was because that is where she is most comfortable and the drakes don’t go in the actual coop, they only go in the run.

You should be able to feel a stuck egg if she has one currently stuck.
The only way I know to check would be to crate her and observe to see if she's laying normally or struggling.
Honestly any time you have one not doing well it's a good idea to seperate them so the others won't pick on them. Birds tend to bully anything in the flock that is showing signs of distress.
