there is a condition called failure to thrive and no matter what you do they just don't grow and thrive. The Nutri drench should have really gave them a boost but just shipping straight from hatch has to be very hard on them. I don't know what to tell you other than if she continues to eat and drink she may come through okay use the save a chick and on days you don't use the save a chick give them poultry nutri drench I have heard grinding up reg oatmeal[ not instant] and adding to their feed can help with pasty butt that is something you really have to keep up with. Does it look like maybe the lil chick might have gotten pecked in her eye? You could try something like antibiotic ointment around her eye and see if that helps or nice warm saline and soft cloth and try to clean it out. Oh and Nutri drench can be given straight just tiny amounts right inside the beak it goes to work fast right into the blood stream so that is something else you might want to try with this lil one. I use a small dropper to give it.
They are all adorable the lil Pekins are precious too, hope you got a pair.
How old are the chicks?
