Ok, so we are 3hrs and 15min into this birth \hatching she is still trying to get out. She has done good so far but not sure if i eed to step in and help or not

No, opening the incubator is fine.

So she is actively cracking a circle around the egg, as in she has started zipping, not just externally pipped? And the zipping has been going on for three hours? Can you post a picture?

When they first hatch, is it normal for them to roll around. I guess they ate trying to get there balance . Will she hurt herself.. what do I do now

I put a dry wash cloth in my incubator for them to rest on, and leave them in the incubator till they are fluffy.

And yes its normal for them to kinda roll and wobble at first, they are extremely tired from hatching.
