Duckling with swollen neck

So while I think sticking a needling in it and trying to aspirate some gunk is a *very* good idea, it's been my experience that the pus is too firm and cheese like, so one might not be able to aspirate any goo.

Hopefully those of you that know me know that I am not being judgmental or criticizing you, I'm just saying that needle aspiration might not produce anything.

Yes, I only referred to Quip as they since I was unaware of their gender. (Also, I myself am male)

The vet said it was a problem with their crop, a lot worse then crop problems usually were. They did say there was a procedure that might save them, but the chances were slim and it would likely be painful.
