Duckling with wry neck

Hello. I have a ducking about 2 weeks old that I believe has Wry neck. It’s head is leaning over to one aside. It is still walking, eating and drinking. I started giving it Liquid vitamin E capsules that I squeeze to the back of its mouth, a couple days ago, I also just received liquid Vitamin B1 but I’m not sure how much to give it. I had a silkie chicken last year that had it and she couldn’t hold her head up, i treated with just Vitamin E capsules and she bounced back. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

This is the only picture I have from night before last. I can try to get another one when I go outside later. My husband has to get the duckling because mama duck is very protective
