Ducklings about the hatch, help!

One died in the shell before pipping. Not sure why. There are 2 more due by Friday. They were put in the incubator 3 days after these.

Is this a partially unabsorbed yolk sac?

If so what do I need to do? He pipped on Wednesday, so I started helping him today. Chipped little bits of shell away, then he finished on his own.

Thanks so much. I put him back in the incubator on a dry cloth (I have 2 bators still going, so I could separate him if need be).

@Socc04b doesn't look too bad, it will draw in pretty quickly. Just keep him on something soft so he can't hurt it dragging around.

Looks more like the actual yolk sac has been absorbed but it still has yolk within the belly to absorb...

He should be fine but if the other bator is drier I'd move him over there... keep an eye on it for infection, dab some betadine or similar on the navel if you're worried, but let him dry really well and rest... :)
