Duckling's legs becoming deformed

So, I've been posting about the duckling that can't stand. It's getting worse because now her legs are turning out. It's like they are getting deformed. She got stuck in her waterer. Anyone know of anything I can do for her or is it hopeless?

Could be a niacin deficiency. Get some brewer's yeast to sprinkle on the duckling's food.

This duckling needs mega doses of niacin. Go to Walmart, get niacin pills. Crush them up. Put 250 mgs of niacin per one gallon of water. Weak bones is a symptom of niacin depletion.

Wouldn't it affect the other one though as well? Why isn't she growing?

Okay, so I went to get the niacin and brewer's yeast, but I couldn't find the brewer's yeast. Where can I go to get it and in what section would it be in? Any help would be very much appreciated.

I have had one or two button quail look the same way.... can the same method be used, just using less medication?

I imagine but I am not certain. It seems like this is a problem for a lot of people right now. I know there are at least 2 others having leg problems with their babies. I don't know what is going on.

you can get brewer's yeast at a health food store, Whole Foods in Ann Arbor sells in Bulk, they have Nutritional brewers yeast. thats where i get it.

you know I'm not sure,
i just know its cheaper at Whole Foods, I dont go down there that much, so i really stock up on supplies when i go. its a great place to shop, its a hugh store, they have all kinds of foods, and yummy stuff.

its down US-23 on Washetnaw, on the west side of 23, its only a minute from 23
you take 23 down and when you come to 14 hwy, stay to your left and stay on 23, after the curve go to you right lane, and fellow 23 south, get off at Washetnaw, and it will be on the west side of 23
