Ducklings

My hen has recently had ducklings and I'm just wondering when the best time to begin handling them is. I want a 'lap duck' as it's referred to, and any advice would be great

You can handle them now if it does not stress out the Hen that much......The thing with them under Mom she teaches them all the skills to survive and that means being scared of you too....If your Hen is tame and not scared of you the Ducklings will learn from her that you are okay.....Sit out with them and see if they come to noodle around your feet?....
