I woke up thinking that the boy's braces come off next week. we can squeeze that money off another few months or so.
But I still need to hear back from writer of words.
I will see what delta can do from us, and try to move this puppy,....hey, is that where the phrase came from?

This is a work day for us, so I may not get back with everyone as soon as I'd like.
Thank you everybody!

Writer! If he does not have a chip, and we can have him...and we ship him delta or whatever, he will need a health certificate and all of his shots including Parvo and bordetella (sp?) We need to reimburse you, so pm me your address and Phone # and we will figure out how to get it to you.
I am going to check on our delta shipper now. (I have to blow off the dust and cob webs.)

Mom to sid&emma,
Just keep up the happy thoughts for Frodo, and It will help out ! It's all helpful, just having encouragement!

My husband & I just keep thinking how we can swing it, and I am sure with enough 'waves of good' headed our way, It will work out.
And if the puppy is lost and it finds it's way back to its owners, then that is even better. We want the best for the puppy.

Folks, please review the BYC rules regarding charity/donations.

13. Do not solicit donations or charitable requests for yourself or other people or organizations.

BYC members are a wonderful, generous, and caring community, who are always ready to offer aid and prayers for those who have suffered terrible losses.

Unfortunately, BYC has found it necessary to prohibit fund raising on the forum, so members who wish to offer help to another member should do so privately through PM or email, please.

Please note that this is not directed personally at any members who have posted in this thread and generously offered to help. It is a rule that the staff find particularly difficult to enforce, especially when long time members are affected.

ETA: I have removed references to donations from the thread and have reopened it so you can follow along with this dog's story.

Thank you! I was trying to PM everyone who offered help to thank them, but I would feel really wrong taking their money. Good wishes and encouragement Will be very welcomed though!

I woke up this morning with the realization that next week is the LAST week of braces! The boy is all even and tidy and that money can go to the puppy!

My husband refuses to talk me out of this. He is getting on line next to talk to delta cargo freight for pricing.
Then I need to see if WOW's vet will take pay pal.
It is coming together.
Thank you everyone for your support, you ARE really generous people, and I know that your local shelter would appreciate a bag of food and some towels and blankets in the spirit of Frodo and his big journey.
Thank you speckled hen for re opening the thread.
We try to be good. Sometimes we are so good it hurts.
thanks again!
