Early hatcher

I've already raised chicks, but I've never incubated the eggs and hatched them myself....We have a chick who popped out two days early and 5 others are coming out now but the first chick is scrambling all over and seems hungry. We have about 35 other eggs who are still hatching, with some already pecking at the shell. Any advice on what we should do? Please help

If the first chick hatched two days ago, I would bite the bullet and remove it from the incubator making sure that humidity got back to snuff.

Ok thanks. The humidity is about 5% too high currently so might just do it now.

Removing chicks is a personal decision. Some wait until the end of hatch, some remove them as they become dry and others of us remove them as they hatch and become acttive. As long as you have adequate humidity there shouldn't be a problem.

I probably will as 10 others hatched and are fluffy...can't wait for the others!
