I think it’s absolutely ok if you think that’s how she’s comfortable tonight. Hopefully you can move to having her sit up with head supported as that will be easier on her organs and allow her to eat/drink.

@casportpony can show you how to tube feed her, but I'm not sure if that's the way to go right now with the head/ear and neck injury.I have not really been able to get to close a look at the ears I'm going to take a damp cloth and see if I can clear anything away from them. I'm really worried about the neck. We laid her in her box and she has not moved at all yet. Can I give her anything for pain? Is there anything I should do to help stabilize her neck other then the towel to support it? She seems most comfortable lying on her side with her legs out and her head and neck on the rolled towel.

If she seems most comfy on the towels, I think that's what I would do for now.
I did notice you saying it took about 10minutes to syringe 1ml of fluids into her?
If you are getting the syringe in the right place, you should be able to just fairly quickly empty that amount (1ml) in a few seconds. This may help you

With her legs extended back like that, I wonder if her neck or spine is bruised or strained. What do y'all think? I wouldn't force her legs into a position, I'd let them be however she "wants" them. If they are extended, that is what is comfortable for her right now. If there's inflammation, her legs will relax when the inflammation subsides. It may just take time.
