They are keeping her overnight to give her antibiotic/antifungal treatment. Her pale slightly yellow comb worries me. Can infections cause this? Or only issues with kidneys and liver?

Her age makes me scared that she won't pull through. The vet said he's seen them worse make full recoveries.

He said he's seen chickens bounce back from worse conditions. That it might be an obstruction. Her abdomen is fine. So, cancer isn't at the top of the list.
