Easter Egger thread!

My chicks arrived today, all 4 appear to be doing very well. The 2 EE's are shades of brown and beige with some distinct black markings. Will be interesting to see how they develop into adults.

Cool!:D
You will have to post pics ASAP!:)

Sarah, probably tomorrow. I took some but they were all red from the heat lamp. I am giving them till tomorrow to settle in a bit to do some out from under the lamp. They were in transit 2 days, or at least stuck in the box as the post office called me at 3am!! I couldn't get them until after work. They are funny to watch and so fluffy compared to the australorp and the barred rock. I tried rubbing their chests with one finger and they were all nervous. I have had enough animals I can tell. ;)

6 am I'm heading out the door to work, 3am I'm not close to conscious. I was glad I had been warned they might call in the middle of the night He said on the message I listened to on the way to work I could come then and ring a doorbell, dang I wouldn't have been safe to drive the mile and back. LOL
