Easy to peel FRESH LAID hard boiled eggs!

Some of the eggs I used to get from my girls were horrors to peel. Even with putting in ice water immediately after boiling. A pinch of backing soda in the water made them slide off even if I didn't douse in ice water.
 
What the heck is backing soda?

If you can do as well as blooie on deviled eggs, you could probably open a catering business!
Already have one. My clients are various forms of wildlife out the back (including worms and bacteria) who scoff down with pleasure all of my culinary "expertise".
