Yeah, but it freezes a sight slower than poultry water at -20F.13F doesn't allow for liquid poultry water.
At 13F I only have to break ice maybe twice a day. I don't enjoy having to make more frequent trips than that.
If it's warmer, say mid 20Fs, it's frequently snowier and the snow isn't quite as dry. Sustained work will make your clothes sopping. 30sF is just miserable.
