You will probably get chicks that grow up to lay green eggs (not blue), but the eggs will probably not be dark enough to be considered "olive."

You may also get some chicks that grow up to lay brown eggs. That depends on what genes the rooster has. You won't know for sure until his daughters are laying eggs, unless you want to get a genetic test on him. The results of that will tell whether he can produce any brown-egg daughters, or whether all his daughters will lay green eggs. https://iqbirdtesting.com/blueegg

If you are just doing this for fun, I wouldn't bother paying the money for a test to see how many copies of the blue egg gene the rooster has. If you intend to sell chicks, it might be worth checking, so you know what to tell the buyers (the options are: all daughters lay green, daughters are split between green-layers and brown layers, or all daughters lay brown.)
