I adopted 4 EE's a few days ago and the person I bought them from listed them as female ameraucanas. However, I think they are all EE's and this one I can't tell if it's a boy or a girl. I was unfamiliar with pea combs and didn't notice this one was different until I got home. Is it just a chunky rose comb or a sign of a roo? I don't know how old they are, but they look young. When will he start crowing if he is a boy? Help?

But you have a pullet there and yes a EE not an Americana chicken ......

They're all pullets. The one with the larger straight comb may not lay green or blue eggs, she may lay a brown/cream/pinkish color.
