This morning Quackers isn’t herself. She is quit and wants to be alone.
She has had several poops that worry me, they are regular except it looks like egg white with a little blood, in addition to digested food.

I felt around and didn’t feel an egg, but I’m nit sure I’d know what I was feeling.

I gave her a warm bath, calcium gluconate, and she’s still drinking, but not eating or preening at all.

Last summer she had an egg bound episode and she hasn’t laid since then.

Here’s a pic of the poo...Can anyone tell me if I should be concerned? Or if there’s something else I can do?
Thank you!

Is there any chance you can take her to a vet? That clear stuff doesn't look like egg white to me, it looks more like water.

I could, and will if necessary, however I don’t want to stress her out and I’d have to cancel work and probably have a ‘conversation’ with the husband...
We don’t have a vet but I live in Fort Collins Colorado which has the university vet hospital.

I’ve also noticed her face seems skinnier, not so full and round. She’s still drinking tho so I don’t think she’s dehydrated, just withdrawn and still. And not eating.

Okay, so she had the grossest poop ever. It was really hard. She’s been standing quietly on my lap for awhile, then the hard gross poop, now she’s wiggling her tail a bit.

I have an appointment for tomorrow at the avian vet, or if something changes for the worst I can take her to CSU.

Any ideas about this poop thing?

That looks like what they call a lash egg, which means your poor duck probably has a reproductive tract infection. Email that picture to the avian vet and ask them what to do. I say this because even with prompt treatment this can be very hard to treat. I don't want to scare you, but this is something I consider to be an emergency.

Edited to add:
It's possible that the glob came from the intestines, but it's more likely from the reproductive tract. Either way, it's almost certainly an infection.
