when i was 6-8 years old my father and i raised hens for eggs and it was a very pleasant memory. this is something that now that i have 2 young daughters would like to re-explore. i reside in a subdivision northeast of denver, as of yet i have been unable to determine the legality of keeping chickens at my residence so that is my primary reason for coming to this site, i am also interested in the community movement towards sustainability. i am looking forward to the exchange of information and expierience .
